What this website collects

This website runs on WordPress. It has no visitor accounts, no contact form and no comment function. It sets the cookies listed in our Cookies Policy, and it uses no analytics, advertising or tracking technology unless you have accepted it in the cookie notice.

We do not collect personal data through the pages themselves. Personal data reaches us only when you choose to write to us, apply for a vacancy, or take part in a procurement procedure.

Data we process, and why

Job applications. If you apply for a vacancy, you send your application to [email protected]. We process the CV, cover letter and any supporting documents you send, in order to assess your application and run the recruitment procedure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in recruiting staff, and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b) GDPR). Please do not send special categories of data (health, religion, political opinions, and similar) unless a vacancy explicitly requires it.

Procurement and tenders. If you take part in a procurement procedure, we process the contact and company details contained in your submission, in order to evaluate offers and comply with our donors’ and our own procurement rules (Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) GDPR).

General correspondence. If you write to [email protected], we process your email address and the content of your message in order to answer you (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard web server logs, which include IP addresses, in order to operate and secure the service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Third parties

Visiting this website sends no data to any third party unless you have accepted measurement cookies. Every file needed to display a page, fonts, stylesheets and scripts, is served from this domain. We do not use content delivery networks, external font services, embedded videos or social media widgets, so no other company learns that you visited us or receives your IP address.

Links to our social media profiles are ordinary links. Nothing is embedded from those platforms, and they receive no data about you unless you click through.

Who else we share data with

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. We may share data with our email and hosting providers acting on our instructions, and with donors, auditors or public authorities where we are required to do so.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for, and then delete it. Applications from candidates who are not selected are kept for 12 months and then deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
